A couple wks. ago he opened a dispute with paypal as item not received. I replied that is in the tracking system for USPS, I did ship them the next day. I don't control the post office. Today he left me a neg. for not receiving the books. I got 2 negs in 2 days! Ruining me, since I work as a trading assistant. The whole system sucks. And I'm sure paypal won't be of any help! | 8/19/08

They weren't listed as wearable, which I tried to point out to her. | hayleys_treasures - (View Feedback) | $0 | This buyer bought an item off of me and then I refunded her promptly for two reasons:ONE I had an emergency(which was none of her damn business) AND TWO:she broke the rules of the auction which stated that "bidders with negatives or unsatisfactory ebay status bids will be canceled" She had neutral FB so I didn't want to deal with her since I had a lot going on(she didn't seem to know that people have lives off of ebay maybe she doesn't know that because she sits on it all day I don't know). Plus the minute the auction ended she was saying crazy things in a message she sent me(stuff like if this card is fake then I will open a paypal claim in heartbeat and how she knew the difference etc I had 100% positive feedback until this wretched excuse for a human being came along...this lead me to believe she was untrustworthy anyway seeing once she received the card she would probably try to scam me and say it was fake etc. etc. I ended up selling the card via a second chance offer for $1 less than what she originally paid and then she accuses me of selling it for more LOL. At this point we know she can't read/do math.
She was rude and threatened to leave negative feedback to try to get me to sell the item to her. She also had the nerve to tell me that I made up a story about the emergency (what a winner huh?)
She was so upset that I wouldn't sell to her I suspect that she contacted another ebay user to bid on my item. He bid and then a day after the auction ended he opens a paypal claim saying item never received(it was in transit via usps at this point and he knew that) he/they obviously wanted it for free but I did a mail recall and got back WHAT WAS RIGHTFULLY MINE LOL THANKS FORM 1509 for helping me fight the ebay scammers. So I ended up getting my item back.....Do not buy from this lady and do not sell to this lady. She obviously has nothing better to do online than cook up scams that involve other ebay members(like the one that I think she knew who bought my card) This taught me something about ebay. Leave while your ahead and I did just that. Too many corrupt scammers. I took my business elsewhere and I am VERY pleased. | 8/19/08
